First go round and I couldn't find some of these titles (E4, Space Giraffe), but I've got a few in the queue that are downloading now.

As for XBOXLIVE, I'm not joining. I did on the first XBOX and I never used it and I couldn't justify the cost. It was that or Netflix, i went with the latter.

Hrm... E4 might also be under the title "Every Extend Extra Extreme". It's by Q? studios, the same people that created Lumines and Rez HD along with Space Channel 5 back when they were still with Sega.

Space Giraffe is... interesting. It's exactly like playing tempest after a few hits of acid, but without actually taking the acid. I like it, but it's certainly not for everyone. It's very... hmm... busy you could say.
